1. Booking Appointments:
- Customers can book an appointment through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
- Appointment slots are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- Customers can cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance without incurring any charges.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a fee.
3. No-Show Policy:
- In the event that a customer fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee may be charged.
4. Refunds:
- Refunds for diagnostic services are subject to the discretion of ReadMyCar. Customers are encouraged to discuss any concerns immediately to ensure satisfaction.
5. Payment:
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Liability:
- While every care will be taken to ensure the safety of your vehicle while in our possession, ReadMyCar cannot be held liable for any loss or damage occurring as a result of the diagnostic process.
- Customers are required to inform ReadMyCar of any existing damage or concerns prior to the diagnostic service.
7. Waiver of Liability:
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions, customers waive any claim for damages occurring as a result of the diagnostic service, within the bounds of applicable law.
8. Accuracy of Diagnostic Results:
- ReadMyCar endeavors to provide accurate and reliable diagnostic results. However, the accuracy of diagnostics may vary and is subject to limitations.
9. Warranty:
- Any warranties, implied or explicit, are limited to the terms set forth by the manufacturer of the diagnostic equipment.
10. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by UK Laws.
11. Amendments:
- ReadMyCar reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
